When you sit down at this “feed”, remember all that went into making this the perfect BBQ meal. Precision smoke, temperature, rub, and timing are perfectly executed by the pit master to create a juicy tender cut of brisket. Pinto beans, coleslaw, and potato salad help round out the plate and though jalapenos, onion, and pickles are optional garnish, those two slices of bread are a must-have. When you finish your BBQ plate you’ll want to top it off with some warm cobbler or a cookie. You’ll wash it all down with a drink of Sweet or unsweet teas, lemonade, or water and then you’ll look up to discover you and your family just ate some of the best brisket around.
