Building hours: Thursday 10a -6p, Friday 10a – 5p, & Saturday 10a – 4p.
CONTEST ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED WEDNESDAY, 10/8- 4:00P-7:00P
PICK UP ENTRIES: NO EXCEPTIONS MONDAY, 10/20- 4:00p-7:00p
- To be considered as an inside vendor you must enter at least one Inside Exhibit Building Contest on Oct. 8th (other than Yam Pie). If an entry is not entered on Oct.9th for judging, your booth space may be forfeited.
- Booths must be set up no later than Noon pm Wednesday, Oct. 15th. If a booth is not set up by that time, space and rental fee will be forfeited, and the exhibitor may be replaced due to the limited number of spaces available inside the building and high interest.
- Inside booths cost $150.00 for a 10′ x 10′ space for three full days, October 16, 17&18. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis and the Chairperson will set booth placement prior to the event but reserves the right to rearrange as necessary. Exhibitors leaving before the close of the building on Saturday at 4:00pm will not be invited back the following year.
- Booths must be manned while the Exhibit Building is open. If left empty, the exhibitor may not be invited back the following year.
- Exhibit booth reservations are due by October 1st. Payment must be received before reservation is accepted. Applications received after October 1st must include a $10.00 late fee and will not be guaranteed placement. NO REFUNDS will be given after October 1st.
- Booths not selling products must have an activity and give away items to draw people to the building. Raffle items should be included in the application and prior approval is required. A raffle is in addition to (not in place of) other activities.
- NO FOOD CONCESSION SPACES ARE AVAILABLE. Exhibitors will not be allowed to sell any concession food or drink items. Food Concessions is provided by TEEA inside the building.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibits and display equipment. The Yamboree Association cannot be held responsible for stolen or damaged displays or equipment.
- Night security will be provided outside on Thursday and Friday. Security does not patrol inside the building.
- Vendors are responsible for reporting applicable sales tax to the state comptroller for items sold.
- Nothing offensive, controversial, racial, or political will be allowed to be sold or displayed. The Chairperson has the final decision.
- For safety reasons, children MUST have parental supervision at all times.

NOTE: No pets are allowed on premises, other than service animals, unless being used in an education presentation, and must receive pre-approval by the Exhibit Bldg. Chair.
Service animals must fall under the requirements of ADA and remain on a leash at all times.
