RULES

  1. NEW! A vendor must enter one item in one contest in the Exhibit Building on 10/8/24. See the catalog for more information. If an entry is not received, the vendor may not be allowed to set up the next week and will forfeit fees paid.
  2. NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES other than service animals without prior permission.
  3. Booths are to be set up no later than Tuesday, October 14th. If a booth is not set up by that time, space and rental fee will be forfeited, and the exhibitor may not be allowed back in the future due to a limited number of spaces available inside the building and high interest.
  4. Inside booths cost $150.00 for a 10′ x 10′ space. They must be staffed three full days, October 16, 17& 18. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and the Chairperson will set booth placement prior to the event but reserves the right to rearrange as necessary. Vendors leaving early may not be invited back the following year.
  5. Booths must be manned while the Exhibit Building is open. If left empty, the exhibitor may not be invited back the following year. Building hours: Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-5pm, & Saturday 10am– 4pm.
  6. Exhibit booth reservations must be made by October 1st. Payment must be received before a reservation is accepted. Applications received after October 1st must include a $10.00 late fee and will not be guaranteed placement. NO REFUNDS after October 1st.
  7. Booths should be of an educational nature or connect and must have an activity as well as giveaway items to draw people to the building. Pre-approved raffle items are acceptable if in addition to (not in place of) other activities.
  8. ALL VENDOR BOOTHS MUST NOT BE REMOVED BEFORE THE BUILDING CLOSES AT 4:00PM SATURDAY.
  9. NO FOOD CONCESSION SPACES ARE AVAILABLE. Vendors may not sell any ready to eat concession food or drink items. Food Concession is available inside and outside the building.
  10. Vendors are responsible for their own exhibits and display equipment. The Yamboree Association cannot be held responsible for stolen or damaged displays or equipment.
  11. Night security will be provided outside on Thursday and Friday. Security does not patrol inside the building.
  12. Nothing offensive, controversial, racial, or political will be allowed. The Chairperson has the final decision on anything sold.
  13. For safety reasons, children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
  14. Vendors are responsible for reporting applicable sales tax to the state comptroller if items are sold.
