Grade Level Divisions:
A. Junior, Upshur County Students, grades 3-6 (3-6 minute speech)
B. Intermediate, Upshur County Students, grades 7-9 (5-7 minute speech)
C. Senior, Upshur County Students, grades 10-12 (6-8 minute speech)
● Students will write and deliver a speech related to a current agriculture issue/topic.
● Entries DUE BY October 1, 2025
● Division winners and their school sponsors will be recognized at the conclusion of the contest.
