Evan Patterson is an up-and-coming country music artist from Gilmer, Texas. Inspired by acts such as the Turnpike Troubadours and Cross Canadian Ragweed, Evan began playing guitar at the age of 14 and fell in love with Music. Blending the sounds of Oklahoma and Texas country music, he began writing music in 2022 in his college dorm room where he wrote his debut single “Self-Medicated.” The song captures themes of resilience and personal growth, resonating with listeners seeking authenticity and emotional depth in modern country music. While Evan chases this dream of making music full-time, he works a construction job and plays in bars across East Texas.
