2010 Inside Exhibits Rules and Regulations
Educational: Limited number of free spaces. Must be approved
Commercial: Exhibit space approximately 8x8', and rents for $150.00 for the entire show
1. Exhibits are to be completely installed by 4 p.m. Wednesday October 20th. The exhibit building will be openfrom 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. to allow exhibitors to set up. If the booth is not set up by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, space and rentalfee will be forfeit and an alternate will be called. NO EXCEPTIONS
2. The show is from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday thru Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The building will open at 8 a.m. every day to accomodate vendors needing to arrive early.
3. Booth size is 8x8', and rents for $150 for the entire show. Booths are assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
4. The Yamboree Association will provide commercially draped exhibit spaces and some chairs. TABLES MUST BE FURNISHED BY THE EXHIBITOR and will not be furnished by the Yamboree Association. Signs must be hung from the pipe frame and electrical outlets are limited.
5. Exhibit booth reservations must be made no later than September 29th 2010. A payment of $150.00 must be received before a registeration is accepted. A letter of confirmation will be mailed upon receipt. No refunds after September 29th 2010. EXHIBITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL OR GIVEAWAY FOOD OR DRINK ITEMS, NOR ALLOWED TO PASS OUT FREE FOOD OR DRINK SAMPLES. A concession booth will be provided inside by the TEEA for exhibitors and outside by the Upshur County Community Fund.
7. Children of exhibitors must be kept in your booth and out of the flow of traffic. Any offense committed by the children of an exhibitor could result in the vendoe being asked to leave the show.
8. A photograph of your wares must accompany your application. Exhibits that are deemed offensive, racial, controversial or political will not be allowed.
9. The chairperson as the final decision on anything sold at the Yamboree Exhibits.
10. Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibits. The Yamboree Association will not be responsible for stolen or damaged items, displays or equipement. Night security will be provided.
11. Booths must NOT be dismantled before 5 p.m. on Saturday. All booths must be removed as quickly as possible after 5 p.m.
12. Awards will be presented for outstanding booth display and housekeeping at the end of the show. Any booth dismantled prior to 5 p.m. on saturday wil forfie eligibility for award.
